PUBSHOP MANAGEMENT RECRUITMENT VACANCIES
FOR APPLICANTS

The Pubshop Ltd., announces the opening of Pubshop Management Recruitment Services in association with Licensed Trade Recruitment

We are now actively recruiting applicants into the UK Pubcos and Managed House Estates. We are looking for Singles, Couples, Trainees, Assistant Managers & Full Management Teams for both Full-Time Management and Relief Management positions.

This is a FREE Service for applicants. There is no charge or any fee payable for registration nor by any applicant who is successfully appointed to one of our vacancies.

Please find below the categories of licensed premises we are recruiting for:-

  • C1 - Traditional community
    • Local pubs situated within walking distance for high proportion of regular trade; usually with pub games and simple entertainment.
  • C2 - Suburban / Village local
    • Pubs situated in quiet residential areas or village pubs used by both locals and passing trade, usually offering food and often pub games.
  • C3 - Young Venue / disco / theme
    • Young trade with emphasis on music, discos, live bands and entertainment.
  • C4 - Rural Character
    • A classic 'Country' pub with a reputation for atmosphere. A drive-to destination with major food offering, often with beer garden and tourist trade.
  • C5 - Town / City Tavern
    • Situated in a town / city centre. Customers include shoppers and office workers during the day, with lunchtime food and often on the circuit for younger trade in the evenings.
  • C6 - Any other
    • Other types of licensed premises not previously mentioned. If applying , please specify.

Please supply all appropriate training and experience information to aid your application. Please provide evidence of your qualifications.

If you are applying for a Relief Position, please ensure that you have relevant insurance or a fidelity bond to post with the Company.

In an accompanying letter, please list in order the types of pub that would suit your experience and management skills, use the codes from the list above. Please also detail your geographical preferences, current situation, private accommodation requirements and your availability.

On receipt of your CV and accompanying letter they will be passed through a screening process and you will be forwarded information regarding job opportunities available within your category. You may be required to complete a further application form, attend a Pubshop interview or you may be recommended directly to the potential employer.

Please note all applicants must hold a National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders. If you do not hold an NCPLH qualification please visit the Pubshop Training School website.
