• Within your application for a Premises Licence Conversion you must complete an Operating Schedule which requires some details of all your existing activities.
• An application for Variation requires much more information about the activities you want to offer under your new Premises Licence.
• An application for a new licence requires a lot more information about the new premises, the licensable activities and how you will address the four corner stones of the Licensing Act 2003.
