After logging in your requirements and instructions we will assign a dedicated Pubshop Consultant to deal with your enquiry from start to finish. You will receive his direct number and will have full access to him.
From time to time a member of our Customer Services Team may telephone you to ensure you are receiving the best of attention. No query is too big or small to answer.
Upon an offer being accepted to purchase a Business and/or Property the buyer will pay to Pubshop a deposit "Subject to Contract" as a sign of good faith amounting to 5% of the purchase price (subject to a minimum of £4,500.) The deposit will be held by Pubshop in an Interest Earning Clients Account. This Deposit is be fully refundable in the event of the purchase not completing.
