Upon an offer being accepted to purchase a Business and/or Property the buyer will pay to Pubshop a deposit "Subject to Contract" as a sign of good faith amounting to 5% of the purchase price (subject to a minimum of £4,500.) The deposit will be held by Pubshop in an Interest Earning Clients Account. This Deposit is be fully refundable in the event of the purchase not completing.
