We do not want companies to see fees being an unnecessary drain on their resources. Therefore we are offering a three option approach

Pubshop is aware of the pitfalls that Clients may have or are experiencing using external agencies for recruitment. It is not our aim to interfere with your HR departments or assume to know better than your own recruiters. Rather we would like to work with them to offer you an affordable, bespoke service individually tailored for each specific recruiting opportunity.

We wish to give you a rapid service however, one which is not compromised by taking short cuts.
We would like to offer you two styles of service, a Rapid Response Service and a Full Recruitment Service.
We draw your attention to our schedule of fees which are listed in the option box below.
We would like you to consider these options;
- Option One - Rapid Response Service
Our existing bank of Registered Managers will be e-mailed with your vacancy. Free placement of position on our website. All interested parties will be redirected to you to select from. Pay a fee for each vacancy filled. Cost: £350.
- Option Two - Full Bespoke Recruitment Service
Free placement of position on our website. Receive details of applicant. Full screening process, face to face interview. All references checked. Subject to Terms & Conditions, this option includes a permanent rebate guarantee. Cost: Single £750, Couple £1,000.
- Option Three - Holding/Relief Management Finding Service
Up to 3 months contract. Pubshop will supply a list of appropriate applicants for you. You make your selection. Procurement Fee: £99 a week for the duration of the contract.
At Pubshop we do expect all our applicants to hold an NCPLH. If not then they can sit the course and gain the qualification with our sister Company - Pubshop Training School, who currently have over one hundred training locations across the UK.
