Delivery to UK only We will only deliver alcoholic products within the UK. Orders placed for delivery outside the UK and orders placed from outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded. We are UK based and comply with the UK law on the sale of alcohol but we cannot control compliance outside of the UK. Apologies for any inconvenience caused
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on Checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Products offered by The Pubshop Catalogue Ltd. For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
TRAINING - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Joining instructions are to be strictly adhered to, The Pubshop Catalogue Ltd., takes no responsibility for candidates who do not read either joining instructions or handbooks before the start of a course. If a candidate cannot provide the required information as stated on the joining instructions, to include Proof of Identity, the information will have to be collected and verified, before the Awarding Body will issue a certificate, assuming the candidate has passed the examination.
In the event of required information being unavailable, that candidate may not be eligible to sit the examination.
Reservations and Payment of course fees
All courses and examinations must be pre-paid.
The Pubshop Catalogue Ltd., accepts all the major cards except American Express.
Reservations and payments can be accepted on-line using the secure PayPal system.
Candidates paying by cheque must allow for cheque clearance time.
A person making a course reservation shall expressly warrant that he/she has the authority of all persons included in such a reservation, whether detailed by name or not, to make application upon the conditions herein on their behalf.
Company and Corporate Clients
Company and Corporate Clients may apply for a 30 day credit account.
Until a credit account is approved, pre-payment by cheque or card is acceptable.
Cancellations & Postponements
There is no refund of costs or fees for cancellations made less than one week before the start of the course. (Other than for extraordinary circumstances).
Candidates wishing to postpone and re-book their course who inform The Pubshop Catalogue Ltd., more than fourteen days before the course date, may do so with no penalty.
Candidates wishing to postpone and re-book their course, informing The Pubshop Catalogue Ltd., less than fourteen days before the course date may do so. However the candidate can transfer to another course date, on the understanding that if The Pubshop Catalogue Ltd., has incurred any expense from the training centre or other source (e.g. minimum delegate numbers) an additional charge will be made to cover this expense. This would be payable before the commencement of the newly agreed course date, by the candidate, to The Pubshop Catalogue Ltd.
In the event of cancellation by The Pubshop Catalogue Ltd., candidates will have the option of transferring their bookings to another appropriate course date, or receive a full refund. When all monies are repaid, the Companys liability shall wholly cease.
If a candidate fails to arrive on the designated course and/or examination time and place and that candidate has paid in full and the Company has received no cancellation notice, then the course costs and fees are non-refundable.
The candidate can transfer to another course and/or examination date, on the understanding that if The Pubshop Catalogue Ltd., has incurred any expense from the training centre or other source (e.g. minimum delegate numbers) an additional charge will be made to cover this expense. This will be payable before the commencement of the newly agreed course and/or examination date, by the candidate, to The Pubshop Catalogue Ltd.
Alterations and Amendments
All courses and services outlined by The Pubshop Catalogue Ltd., are made in good faith. However the company does reserve the right to alter the programmes, syllabuses, tutorials, course modules and format of the day, including training and examination, as may from time to time be necessary.
No liability is assumed by The Pubshop Catalogue Ltd., for, damage, accident, cancellation, delay, irregularity or inconvenience incurred to a person participating on a course. The Pubshop Catalogue Ltd., declines all responsibility for loss or damage to property of any kind belonging to candidates during a course.
Should a candidate wish to take issue with the course, examination, content, tutorial, standard of service etc., candidates should in the first instance notify the tutor or the invigilator on the course day and if unresolved present the complaint in writing to The Pubshop Catalogue Ltd., 61 East Street, South Molton, Devon. EX36 3DQ.
A booking will be regarded as evidence of acceptance and consent to these Terms and Conditions.
